[China Daily] Asia Album: Indonesian dancers wearing face shields practice Javanese traditional dance amid COVID-19 outbreak
JAKARTA,
July 12 (Xinhua) -- Tourist destinations situated in Indonesia's areas
with low risks of COVID-19 transmissions have gradually resumed
welcoming visitors, according to a statement issued by the Tourism and
Creative Economy Ministry.
In
Beautiful Indonesia Miniature Park (TMII) of Jakarta, members of Surya
Kirana dance group held their weekly practice Saturday following health
protocol after the park reopened for public.
The
COVID-19 cases in Indonesia rose by 1,671 within one day to 74,018,
with the death toll adding by 66 to 3,535 as of Saturday.
